These terms apply to your use of the website at bookiefinder.co.uk (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Green Media, a company registered in Curaçao, with its registered office at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro 03, Willemstad, Curaçao (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at admin@bookieFinder [dot] com.
2. What the site is and is not
BookieFinder is an information service. We publish the locations and opening hours of betting shops, factual information about bookmakers, explanations of betting terms, and calculators.
We do not accept bets, hold money on your behalf, or provide any gambling service. We are not a bookmaker and are not licensed by the Gambling Commission, because publishing information does not require a license. Any bet you place is a contract between you and the bookmaker, and its terms apply.
3. Age
The site is intended for people aged 18 and over, which is the legal minimum age for betting in Great Britain. You must not use the site if you are under 18.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep shop addresses, opening hours and other details accurate, and each shop page shows where its information came from and when it was last collected or checked. How we collect and verify data explains this in detail.
Even so, information changes without notice. Shops close, move and alter their hours, particularly around public holidays and major sporting events, and a bookmaker’s own published data can contain errors. Before travelling to a shop or relying on any detail, please check with the shop or bookmaker directly. We do not guarantee that any information on the site is complete or current, and we are not responsible for loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate information.
Where a shop page says “Hours unavailable” it means we do not have reliable hours for that shop. It does not mean the shop is closed.
5. Bookmaker offers
Offers shown on the site are made by bookmakers, not by us. Each is subject to the bookmaker’s own terms, eligibility rules and expiry date. We show a summary of the key terms for convenience; the bookmaker’s full terms take precedence, and you should read them before taking part. We remove offers when we learn they have ended, but an offer may expire before we do so. Offers are open only to people aged 18 and over who are not self-excluded from gambling.
6. Commercial links
Some links to bookmakers earn us a commission. These are labelled and explained in our affiliate disclosure. Commercial arrangements do not affect the factual content of the site.
7. Calculators and tools
Our calculators show how bet returns are worked out under standard rules. They are provided to help you understand a bet, not as a promise of what a bookmaker will pay. Bookmakers’ own rules, including rounding, maximum payouts and deductions, determine actual returns.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- submit false or misleading error reports;
- copy the shop database or any substantial part of it, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Journalists and researchers may quote individual figures and pages with attribution to BookieFinder and a link to the source page.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, database structure and compilation of information on the site belong to us. Bookmaker names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence, and postcode data by Postcodes.io from Office for National Statistics and Ordnance Survey open data.
10. Third-party sites
The site links to bookmakers, support organisations and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information.
11. Responsible gambling
We encourage everyone who bets to do so within their means and to use the support and self-exclusion services listed on our responsible gambling page. If you are self-excluded, please do not use the site to find gambling premises.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, the site is provided free of charge and “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage, including loss of money wagered, loss of profit or wasted travel, arising from your use of the site or reliance on information in it.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the current version is shown below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
