Reporting a wrong shop listing
If a shop has moved, closed, changed its hours or has the wrong phone number, the fastest route is the “Report a problem” form at the bottom of that shop’s page. It sends us the shop reference automatically. If you prefer email, include:
- the shop name and postcode, or a link to the page;
- what is wrong and what it should say;
- how you know, for example “I visited on Saturday 19 September and the shop closed at 20:00”.
A person reads every report. If we can confirm the change we update the page and mark it as verified with the date. If we cannot confirm it, we mark the shop as under review so other visitors know the details are in doubt. We do not publish your name or contact details with a correction.
Suggesting a missing shop
We currently list shops belonging to William Hill, Ladbrokes and Coral, with Betfred, Paddy Power and BoyleSports to follow. If a shop from one of these brands is missing, send us the address and we will check it against the bookmaker’s own records. Independent bookmakers are not listed yet, but we keep a note of every suggestion.
Questions about a bet, an account or a bookmaker
We cannot help with these. BookieFinder does not take bets, hold accounts or represent any bookmaker. Contact the bookmaker directly; each bookmaker profile on this site links to the company’s own customer service page. If you have a complaint a bookmaker has not resolved, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) handles disputes between customers and licensed operators in Great Britain.
